Exchange or Return for a Refund
1. The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received.
2. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that:
1. The product is in its original packaging;
2. The product should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via [email protected] returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your email.
When we receive the package you returned, we will refund you as soon as possible. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return:
We do not accept any request for exchange/return once the "Clearance" are sold. "Clearance" can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
